Cleaning and Care: VINYL is waterproof but it CAN STAIN. Take precautions against staining by cleaning off spills immediately. Wash down with water and a mild detergent. Dry with a towel. Do not wash or dry in a machine. These are not all-weather tarps to be left outside for long periods of time. They are for eating. Weather will damage them.
Corner Shape: Rectangle and Square Vinyl tablecloths come with rounded corners only. For an example, view the pic of the Terra Cotta tablecloth above, the one with the pumpkins. Ovals and Rounds, of course, come rounded.
Custom Sizing: We can make almost any size in about the same time it takes to make our standard sizes. Email or call for a quote.
Edge Stitching: The edges of our vinyl tablecloths are closed with a professional overlock stitch all around.
Fabric Content: 6 mil gauge restaurant-quality vinyl. Better than most retail vinyl tablecloths.
Fabric Width & Seams: Fabric comes 70" wide. Sizes 70" wide or less will be seamless. Wider sizes will require attachments. A 120" round, for example, will have a 70" center piece, with 25" pieces sewn on the left and right to complete the size. Fabric is attached professionally.
Return Policy: Returns accepted only if we made a mistake on your order. Each order is made special. Ask for a free sample fabric swatches before placing order. For details, click on the Shipping & Returns link at the bottom of the website, under Helpful Links.
Rolled on a Tube Option: For a fee, your tablecloth will be rolled around a tube and covered with plastic during delivery, to avoid the wrinkles and folds that result from being folded into a box. Some wrinkling will occur, but far less.
Shipping info: Orders placed before Tuesday will go out Thursday. Orders placed after Tuesday, will go out the following Thursday. Contact us for rush orders.
Sizes & Shapes: We can make any tablecloth size out of our solid-color vinyl fabric. Contact us for a size not shown. Sizes wider than 52-inches will require sewn attachments on the left and right. For example, a 90” round will have a 52-inch center piece of fabric, with 19-inch attachments on the left and right. Shapes listed are Rectangle, Oval, Round, and Square. Sizes start at 24-inches wide and go up to 220-inches long. These are tablecloth dimensions. Tablecloth dimensions will need to be larger than your table top, in order to drape some over the sides. Contact us for sizing help before you order.
Swatches: We offer a free swatch before you place your order. Contact us via email, or call toll free, with your name and address.
Wrinkles & Folds: Wrinkles and folds usually work themselves out if the cloth is set on the table for a few days at room temperature. In extreme cases when this doesn't work, you can use warm air from a hair dryer on low setting.
