Cleaning: Vinyl is waterproof but it CAN STAIN. Take precautions against staining by cleaning off spills immediately. Wash down with water and a mild detergent. Dry with a towel. Do not wash or dry in a machine. These are not all-weather tarps to be left outside for long periods of time. Weather will damage them.

Custom Sizing: We can make almost any size in about the same time it takes to make our standard sizes. Email, text, or call for a quote.
Fabric Content: 6 mil gauge restaurant-quality vinyl with flannel backing. Better than most retail vinyl tablecloths.
Fabric Width & Seams: Fabric comes 70" wide. Sizes 70" wide or less will be seamless. Wider sizes will require attachments. A 120" round, for example, will have a 70" center piece, with 25" pieces sewn on the left and right to complete the size.
Return Policy: Returns accepted only if we made a mistake on your order. Each order is made special. Ask for three free sample fabric swatches before placing order. Rolled on a Tube Option: For a fee, tablecloth will be rolled around a carboard tube and covered with plastic during delivery, to avoid most of the folds that result from being folded into a box or bag. Some wrinkling and will occur even on a roll, but less. Fold and wrinkles do eventually relax, when tablecloth is set on a table in a warm room.
Shipping info: Orders placed before Tuesday will go out Thursday. Orders placed after Tuesday, will go out the following Thursday. Contact us for rush orders. These are approximate shipping times. Holidays and bad weather sometimes delay shipments. At other times, orders will ship out sooner. Best to contact us with your address for a firmer arrival date.
Shape and Size: These fitted vinyl tablecloths are for round table tops. Sizes listed go from 12 inches diameter up to 120 inches. Diameter is the measurement down the middle of the top of the table. SIZES LISTED TO MATCH THE DIAMETER OF YOUR TABLE TOP. WE ADD 3 INCHES ALL AROUND TO THE DIAMETER LISTED, TO REACH AND GRIP UNDER THE TABLE TOP. MAKE SURE TO PICK THE OPTION FOR THE TABLE THICKNESS TOO. CONTACT US FOR A SIZE NOT LISTED.

Table Top Thickness: Table thickness varies. Please make sure to pick a thickness in the options below table top size. This choice can be approximate. Pick 1.5 thickness if your table is 1.25 inch, for example. Standard tables can have a thickness from half-an-inch up to 2 inches. Some tables go even higher. This option is important if you want your tablecloth to fit.
Umbrella Hole: Add a 3-inch diameter umbrella hole your elastic grip tablecloth. Umbrella hole is sewn along the edges.

Wrinkles & Folds: Wrinkles and folds usually work themselves out if the vinyl tablecloth is set on the table at room temperature or warmer. Will take a few days to a few weeks.
