Tablecloth World offers the following Returns Policy. RETURNS ACCEPTED ONLY IF WE MADE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER. If we made a mistake on your order, then we will refund the total price including shipping. Almost all of our products are made special for each order from large rolls of fabric. Colors do not always match how they appear on your computer monitors. So please choose you color(s) carefully. We can send you a free small swatch before you order so that you can verify the color and material. Swatches will show approximate colors. Sometimes dye lots will vary. Also, a swatch is a slice of the actual fabric—not the fabric in its complete form. Goods returned because of the color cannot be refunded. This applies to fabric and sizes as well. Tablecloth measurements must be larger than the tabletop if you want the cloth to drape. Please email or call us toll free to verify the size(s) and quantity and the type of fabric that you need beforehand. Some tablecloths will require hems. We do not refund items due to hems or attachments needed to complete a size. Fabric width will be listed in product description. You must call us first within 24 hours of receiving order to receive a refund. Contact us before shipping back returns--since some items require a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped back within a week of receipt. Again, shipping is refundable only if we made a mistake on your order. Also, exchanges cannot be made unless we made a mistake on your order. We are more than happy to spend the time it takes to ensure that your order is placed correctly.
Orders for cloth table linens generally ship out within one to three business days of placing an order. For example, if you order on a Saturday, your order will ship Tuesday or Thursday. Please read item description. Some fabrics ship out faster than others. Certain goods ship out the same day if ordered before 10 am central. Many can ship out the next working day. Vinyl ships out just once a week, by Friday if order is placed the following Tuesday. Sometimes there will be delays because of shortages. We will contact you. We use UPS and rely on them to deliver your package as promised. We offer quick shipping options—like next day or two-day. If your order ships out on Thursday—for instance—and you use 2-Day UPS air—it will arrive on Monday. When in doubt, call or e-mail before placing your order.
